Bank Sale

It's bank holiday here which I still don't understand. I don't believe the English do either. All public holidays are called bank holiday, no one knows why they get the holiday, there is no reason, they just get a day... I don't think they care either.

I did catch some bank day sales though. Picked up a sick pair of military boots from All Saints. Now, I wouldn't normally spend that much on a item of clothing, but the pound sounds a lot less than the dollar, so I tried to ignore the conversion. Actually, I don't think they were that much, or I wouldn't have got em. Ha ha.

The shopping experience was the worst though. I almost left the store a few times. Besides the heat in there, which is uncomfortable and unbearable, no one would look after me for ages. I approached someone to get my size. He was gone for 20 minutes the first time, 15 minutes the second, and 5 minutes the next. It took at least an hour in one store to purchase a pair of shoes, but I think I was patient (but not as patient as i was with that kid on the plane who was kicking me for most of the flight).

Anyways, London is frickin cool... So are the people, and most are loving to have a chat.
